FAQ
Can you remove cigarette smoke and strong odours from a car?
Yes. Our car smoke and odour removal service combines a full interior deep clean with shampoo extraction, steam cleaning, enzyme treatments and professional odour neutralisation. This process targets cigarette smoke, cannabis smoke, pet smells, food odours and other persistent smells throughout the vehicle rather than simply covering them with fragrance. For heavily contaminated vehicles, an additional ozone treatment is available.
What is an ozone treatment and does it remove cigarette smoke smells?
Ozone treatment is designed for heavy cigarette smoke and stubborn, deeply embedded car odours. Ozone is circulated throughout the vehicle and ventilation system, allowing it to reach areas that conventional interior cleaning cannot easily access. We use ozone as an additional treatment after the interior has been thoroughly deep cleaned, helping neutralise remaining odour compounds rather than relying on fragrance to mask the smell.
